Where are we heading folks? Are we actually starting to approach the day when we can overlook the killing of innocent unborn babies and calling it a good thing? Is this the day when Paul's prophesy comes true? 1st Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
I have actually talked to people who say that they are saved, and, who also say they see no harm in abortion! How could they? If they are saved they sure are out of the will of God! LIFE DOES EXIST BEFORE BIRTH! Life begins at conception. How do I know? Because God foreknew all births! Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. and if life begins at conception then to abort these unborn children is MURDER. They have a soul! Notice I didn't try to sterilize the subject by calling the unborn a fetus! The next chapter in Romans says plainly that these are "children" unborn! Romans 9:11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
Two more Scriptural examples that show that the unborn are persons is when Mary (the mother of our Savior) met Elizabeth, who was carrying John the Baptist in her womb. Luke 1:39 And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda; 1:40 And entered into the house of Zacharias, and saluted Elisabeth. 1:41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: 1:42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. Why would an unborn child react to an event unless there was a soul there to react? Because the baby in Elizabeth's womb (John) was immediately effected by the unborn Savior who was maybe just a week conceived in Mary's womb.
So what's going on to counteract this infanticide taking place? Well, we have some God-loving, born-again believers who are trying their best to hinder the process of murder by blocking the way to abortion centers and counseling the young women on their way in, not to make the biggest mistake of their life! We have a few men and women in elected office trying to get the others to see that this is a sin against God. We have Christian lobbiests and even some secular ones, who are pushing Congress to make abortion illegal again as it should be. 1st Peter 2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. Also, there are those who are passively becoming obstacles and are having to be drug away by the police. Surprise, but I also see no harm in this. Yes, we are to obey the powers that be; Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God - until they go against God's commandments. Acts 5:28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. That's when Spirit-led conviction comes in.
No, I'm not a revolutionary! I'm a minister of the living God! My job is to call it like it is according to God's Word. There is an evil taking place in our own front yards here in America. That evil is the murder of the unborn. What should we do about it? Besides the aforementioned methods, PRAY for God to intervene and resist without sinning!!! 1st Thessalonians 5:15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. It's time to STOP the bombing of abortion clinics, STOP the shooting at the doctors and nurses involved in this abomination and start praying to God for their souls to be saved. If they don't repent, let God fulfil His Word!
Hebrews 10:28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 10:31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
If you are an expectant mother who is considering this act please find some other alternative. Think maybe about the countless husbands and wives who are unable to conceive a child. Is it not worth the effort to let this child live and give him/her up for adoption? Don't commit murder just for the sake of comfort or convenience. I beg you to please consider your options.
